Learn about the market position of the company, specification about the role you have applied and also about the recruiter if possible.
Polish your interview skills. Design your answers for all the typical interview questions like, ‘tell us something about you’, ‘short term and long term goals’, ‘where do see yourself in 5 years’ and practice it.
Know the route well. It is not a good idea to leave everything for the last day. Get the exact directions of the company in advance and take a trial of the route.
Plan your look. Your look plays an important role in creating a good first impression. Your attire should be perfect and professional with hair, makeup and shoes all well coordinated. Perfection is important here as being underdressed creates a very casual impression hinting that you are not serious for the job and being overdressed makes you unfit in the team.
